鮮蔬香烤嫩雞佐蜜漬青檸醬Roast Chicken with Vegetables and Lime Sauce

1.Remove the chicken's feather and skin
2.Rinse the chicken with boiling water
3.After patting the chicken dry, season and rub it thoroughly, then stuff the chicken.
4.Let it rest, and push the lemon in.
5.Put the chicken into the oven along with vegetables and roast until it turns golden brown.
6.Plate and Serve!
